What payment methods do you accept?
We accept GCash, bank transfer, and other payment options available through our store. For walk-in customers, we also accept cash and card payments (debit and credit) through our in-store payment terminal.
How do I know if my order has been confirmed?
You'll receive a confirmation message from us once your order has been verified and processed — please treat your order as final only after that confirmation.
How long does it take to process my order?
Processing time varies depending on the item and its availability. Once your order is confirmed, we'll give you an update on processing and delivery timing.
How does layaway work?
30% down payment reserves the piece, with the balance due within 2 months. Message us and we'll walk you through it.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes — nationwide via LBC. We also ship internationally via FedEx; message us for rates and details. Our responsibility ends at handover to the courier; see our full shipping policy for details.
What does "pawnable" actually mean?
A pawnable piece is real gold a pawnshop will accept as collateral. We carry both solid 18K gold (pawnable almost everywhere) and lightweight/hollow 18K gold (not all pawnshops accept it) — see our Collections page for full material details before you buy.
Can I visit a store in person?
Yes — Pacific Mall (Mandaue City) and APM Prime (Cebu City). Walk-ins are welcome; for order pickups, please wait for confirmation first.
Can I return or exchange a piece?
All sales are final — we don't offer returns or exchanges. That's exactly why we make sure you know everything about a piece (material, price, pawnable status) before you commit to buying.
What if something goes wrong during delivery?
If an item is misplaced in transit, we provide a refund based on the declared value stated at purchase. Full details on our shipping policy page.
